This site is intended to be a voicepiece for the people, with hopes of facilitating and promoting intelligent discussion on real issues that effect real people. We believe the constitution to be more than a piece of paper, and expect only the same from our elected officials. Something is broken, and we need to understand what is wrong before we can fix it. You'd have to be in a coma to not see that there are a lot of issues that We The People should be discussing right now. Are you Republican, Democrat, Lefty/Righty, Green or even Red. WE ARE ALL people that have the same basic needs, and we all have to live together whether we like it or not. WeThePeopleThink.com was formed to bridge gaps, bring accountability to those we elect, and as a tool to form a consensus on what WE as a people think as a whole. Because this website is in its infancy, there will be normal growing pains felt along the way by our viewers and posters. It would be nice to be funded by some big $$ that allow us to pay for administration, programming and development time, but we barely have enough donations to buy a cup of coffee (fair trade coffee of course). Bear with us while we grow.... Keep posting. Keep it real, keep it clean. Offer solutions, not critisizm on spelling and grammer. While we don't follow the "either you are with us, or against us" philosophy, we do believe that you are either part of the problem or part of the solution. Your voice does count, and does matter.
